Today's is my Papa's (father in law) birth day and this is my luck that I've got a chance to wish him here. Many Happy Returns Of The Day Papa Ji! Happy Birth Day! In my next post I'll share what are the gifts he has got :-)

Skirt In Different Look

This is something I've done with normal skirt I've created for my sister. This was the plane color skirt made by Chanderi fabric. I've designed it using permanent fabric colors with "Anguras" and it became so nice.

Innovative Coconut Samosa

Stuff: One fresh coconut, green chilly (1 - 2), onions (2 - 3), maida (500 gms), salt, lemon juice of one lemon

Method: Crush coconut, make very small pieces of onions and chilly and mix both well. Add the salt according to your taste and mix with lemon juice. Fresh chopped green dhaniya you can add.
Now prepare maida with water and oil,  prepare hollow triangular cones (medium size) and fill up the above prepared stuff and bind up the cones.
Now, deep fry the cones on medium flames at least 10 mins.
Your coconut samosa is ready, serve it with tomato catchup.
